But here’s what I want you to know: Your fertility journey doesn’t have to be something you navigate alone. You deserve answers, guidance, and support.

Your period is more than just something that happens every month. It can tell you a lot about your reproductive health. 🤍

Are your cycles shorter than 21 days or longer than 35 days? Do you experience heavy bleeding, unexpected spotting, or cramps so painful they interfere with your daily life?

These are things worth paying attention to. 👀

While every woman’s cycle is different, changes in your period can sometimes be a sign that something needs a closer look.

And if you’re trying to conceive, understanding your menstrual cycle is an important part of understanding your fertility. 🥚✨

You don’t have to wait until something feels seriously wrong to start asking questions about your reproductive health.

POV: You decided to push for a full set of fertility labs because “everything looks normal” was no longer giving you the answers you needed. 🧪🤍

If you have been trying to conceive without success, you deserve more than being told to keep waiting.

The right fertility testing may help you and your healthcare provider better understand your ovulation, thyroid health, reproductive hormones, nutrient levels, and other factors that may be affecting your fertility.

Testing does not mean something is definitely wrong. It means you are gathering information, asking better questions, and becoming a stronger advocate for your health. 🫶

You should not have to navigate confusing results or figure out your next step alone.

If you are ready for personalized support with your fertility journey, comment SUPPORT and I’ll send you the next step. 💬

Miscarriage isn’t always just bad luck. 🤍 If you’ve experienced repeated pregnancy loss, you deserve answers, compassionate care, and support.

Many early miscarriages happen because of chromosome abnormalities in the embryo. But when losses happen repeatedly, it may be worth talking with your healthcare provider about possible underlying factors and whether further evaluation is appropriate.

You didn’t cause this by not trying hard enough. And you don’t have to navigate the uncertainty alone. 🫶

If you’ve been through repeated pregnancy loss, your feelings matter, your questions deserve attention, and you deserve support every step of the way.

💬 Comment “SUPPORT” if you need someone in your corner.

POV: You’re a woman navigating infertility and you’re tired of hearing the same myths over and over. 🤍

“Just relax and it will happen.”
“Infertility is only a woman’s problem.”
“You’re too young to have fertility issues.”
“You had a baby before, so you can’t be infertile.”
“Just try harder.”

❌ These are myths.

Infertility is complex, and there can be many different factors involved. It’s not your fault, and you don’t deserve to be blamed or shamed. 🫶

If you’re going through this, you deserve support, answers, and compassionate care.

Could something as simple as a daily juice actually support implantation? 👀🍉🫚

One study of 436 women looked at a drink containing beetroot, watermelon and ginger from the day of embryo transfer. The group who had the drink had a higher implantation rate than those who didn’t 25.2% compared with 20.5%.

But here’s the important part: one study doesn’t mean beetroot juice *causes* implantation. Fertility is complex, and nutrition is just one piece of the bigger picture. 🤍

If you’re preparing for an embryo transfer or trying to conceive, it can be helpful to look at the research while remembering that what works for one person may not necessarily work for another.

Save this as a reminder to stay curious, ask questions, and talk with your fertility team about what may be right for you. 🫶

Having a baby in your 20s or 40s can look very different. 🤍

In your 20s, you might imagine building your life with your children along the way. In your 40s, you may build the life you want first, then welcome motherhood into it.

Neither path is wrong. There is no perfect age or timeline for becoming a mom. What matters is understanding your fertility, your options, and what you want for your future. ✨

If motherhood is something you’re hoping for, don’t let comparison make you feel like you’re behind. Your journey is yours. 🫶

A “normal” result doesn’t always mean there’s nothing worth talking about. 👀

If your uterine lining is 4.5 mm and you’re also experiencing very short 2 day periods or spotting, it’s okay to ask more questions.

Your cycle history matters. Your symptoms matter. And sometimes, the details that seem small can be important pieces of the bigger fertility picture. 🤍

If you’re trying to conceive and something about your cycle doesn’t feel right, don’t be afraid to advocate for yourself and ask your provider what it could mean for you.

Save this as a reminder to speak up about your fertility health. 🫶

Did you know you only have a fertile window of about 6 days each cycle when pregnancy is possible? 👀🥚

If you’re trying to conceive, knowing when your fertile window happens can help you better understand your cycle and time s*x around ovulation.

Your fertile window includes the days leading up to ovulation and the day of ovulation itself because s***m can survive for several days in the reproductive tract, while the egg has a much shorter window after ovulation.

But here’s the important part: your fertile window isn’t necessarily the same dates every month. Ovulation can vary from cycle to cycle, which is why understanding your individual cycle can be so helpful. 🌸

If you’re trying to conceive and feeling overwhelmed by ovulation tracking, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
