Venture Forthe Inc. Venture Forthe is a family owned and operated Licensed Home Care Services Agency serving residents in New York, Nevada and Colorado.

Venture Forthe is a provider under the Medicaid funded NYS Department of Health HCBS/Waiver Program for Individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury and Medicaid Funded Nursing Home Transition and Diversion Program. Within this program, Venture Forthe currently offers many different services including: Service Coordination, Community Integration Counseling, Behavior Counseling,Independent Living Skills

Training and Home and Community Support Services. Additionally, Venture Forthe has a Structured Day Program at their Niagara Falls location. As a New York State Licensed Home Care Services Agency, Venture Forthe contracts with other agencies to provide services that best fit the individual and also offers services on a Private Pay basis. Under this program, Venture Forthe offers five services ranging from Nursing services, Home Health Aide services, Personal Care Aide services, Homemaker services and, Housekeeper services.

What does it really feel like to balance caregiving with the demands of everyday life?

Join us for The Caregiver Simulation, an interactive experience designed to build empathy and deepen understanding of the challenges—and triumphs—of informal caregiving.

Participants will work in pairs, taking on the roles of caregiver and care receiver while navigating realistic tasks and unexpected obstacles at simulated banks, grocery stores, medical offices, and other everyday settings.

This free event is especially valuable for case managers, social workers, health professionals, students, employers, advocates, policymakers, and others working in the caregiving field.

Venture Forthe is proud to support opportunities like this that help professionals better understand the experiences of caregivers and the people they serve. A member of our team will be on-site, and we hope to see you there!

Venture Forthe is looking for RN Trainers in both Corning and Binghamton to help us prepare the next generation of Personal Care Aides!

This is an opportunity to use your nursing experience to teach, mentor, and inspire future caregivers who will make a difference in the lives of individuals throughout our communities.

✨ Why you might love this opportunity:
* $42–$45/hour
* $10,000 signing bonus
* Monday–Friday schedule
* DOH-approved curriculum provided
* Mileage reimbursement for travel between training locations

What you'll need:
An RN license, at least 2 years of nursing experience, and 1 year of home care experience. Your home care experience can be from working as a **PCA, HHA, CNA, LPN, or RN**.

Venture Forthe provides personalized in-home care to individuals and families in Lakewood and surrounding Colorado communities — and there may be more than one way to pay for the support you need.

For eligible Coloradans, services may be funded through Health First Colorado, Colorado's Medicaid program, including Community First Choice (CFC) and certain Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waivers.

Not using Health First Colorado? You still have options. We also work with other funding and payment sources, depending on individual coverage and circumstances.
