You don’t change the world by expecting other people to change. You change the world by showing them the Way. Taking responsibility, shining the light on and healing all the darkness within yourself. If everyone were to do that, this world would be a much different place.

When you source your happiness, you’re worth, your love, your value from someone else you will never have control over your own life. Who does have control over your life are all of your wounded inner children. You can feel the neediness you can feel the desperation you can feel the anxiety, the need for control, the insecurities. You think that is your Soul? The real you? Why would you source anything from someone else when you can become that for yourself? And when you do that, what then would your relationship look like? When you’re not wasting your energy worrying about what the other person is or is not doing, how much energy is left for you to pour into yourself? When we are not connected to our Soul, we are letting our inner children run the show. Our soul doesn’t need anything from anybody. Our soul is complete. And anything less than that is a reflection of our wounding.

Anything less than pure Love, Presence, Connection are programs and wounds that need to be healed. Until you do, you will continue pouring your trauma into your children. This is not said out of judgment, but to open your eyes, and to encourage all of us to see how the way we show up effects those we love and to take responsibility for healing anything and everything less than what our children deserve.

Have you ever found yourself constantly “processing your emotions” but never getting anywhere? It is vital to understand the energetics behind what you think processing your emotions is. Because if you don’t, you can get lost in loops experiencing and suffering through the same stuff over and over again.

My next workshop coming at the end of this Month! We will be diving into the world of energetics. We are all constantly receiving and transmitting information that is beyond words ALL THE TIME. There are many ways we bypass our pain and this is one of them. It can be very tricky because there is Truth in it all. We want to be positive beings, we want to be forgiving and have a deeper knowing that everyone is going through something and is carrying pain. We want to be compassionate and at our core, this is who we are. But we cannot genuinely get there if we are bypassing our pain. Our pain is like a thick layer on top of our natural divinity. If we pretend to be something we are not, we can feel that. Others can feel that. And it keeps us trapped functioning at lower levels of consciousness. Learn to read and work with subtle energies. This is where true healing and authentic connection comes from.
