Anything less than pure Love, Presence, Connection are programs and wounds that need to be healed. Until you do, you will continue pouring your trauma into your children. This is not said out of judgment, but to open your eyes, and to encourage all of us to see how the way we show up effects those we love and to take responsibility for healing anything and everything less than what our children deserve.

My next workshop coming at the end of this Month! We will be diving into the world of energetics. We are all constantly receiving and transmitting information that is beyond words ALL THE TIME. Many just do not realize it. This is the world of energetics. It’s going to be an incredible evening. There are many ways we bypass our pain and this is one of them. It can be very tricky because there is Truth in it all. We want to be positive beings, we want to be forgiving and have a deeper knowing that everyone is going through something and is carrying pain. We want to be compassionate and at our core, this is who we are. But we cannot genuinely get there if we are bypassing our pain. Our pain is like a thick layer on top of our natural divinity. If we pretend to be something we are not, we can feel that. Others can feel that. And it keeps us trapped functioning at lower levels of consciousness. Learn to read and work with subtle energies. This is where true healing and authentic connection comes from.
