💚 New Here? Meet the Owners Behind Best Quality Care Home! 💚

If you’re new to our page, we’d love to introduce ourselves!

Best Quality Care Home – Chehalis is locally owned and operated by Kathryn “Kat” Vasey, ADN, RN and Nick Thompson, BSN, RN, CCRN, PCCN — two experienced nurses who share a passion for caring for seniors and creating a place that truly feels like home. 🏡

👩‍⚕️ Meet Kat
Kat brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience, beginning her career as a medical assistant before earning her Associate Degree in Nursing from Lower Columbia College. She went on to work as a cardiovascular intensive care nurse, where she discovered an especially meaningful connection with older adults and their stories.

👨‍⚕️ Meet Nick
Nick has more than six years of experience as a cardiovascular intensive care nurse. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado and holds dual board certifications in Critical Care (CCRN) and Progressive Care Nursing (PCCN). Nick also continues to practice as a CVICU nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup.

Together, Nick and Kat own and operate Best Quality Care Home – Centralia and Best Quality Care Home – Chehalis, bringing their clinical experience, compassion, and shared values to both homes.

Their philosophy is simple: provide exceptional care while creating a warm, safe, family-centered environment where residents are known, valued, and treated with dignity and respect. ❤️
