An Important Update: Practice Changes & New Schedule at Breathe Easy Wellness.
Dear Patients and Friends,
As many of you know, I am deeply passionate about both bodywork and mental health.
I have really enjoyed doing both these past two years. However, I have come to realization that I can no longer maintain a 60+ hour workweek between Maple Lane and my practice while providing the depth of care and quality of presence you all deserve.
I often advise my clients to practice self-care and establish balance, and it is time I take my own advice.
I started bodywork in 2009 and launched Breathe Easy Wellness in 2011. My practice fluctuated throughout the years with various additions, and survived the nightmare which was Covid. The people working along side me have all played a role in keeping Breathe Easy Wellness going, and I am forever grateful to them. Serving this community has been an absolute honor. I am endlessly grateful to everyone who has supported my practice through every season.
While I am stepping back, I am not retiring or closing my practice entirely.
Here is what to expect moving forward:
* Monthly Clinic Days: I am transitioning away from weekly Structural Integration appointments and will instead offer targeted “Clinic Days” two times per month. These sessions are ideal for tune-ups and focused work, and can be booked in advance once the schedule is released. Keep an eye out for upcoming dates.
* Rate Adjustment: Effective September 1st, my session rate will adjust from $145 to $165.
* New Focus: My primary focus will shift to full-time mental health work and continuing education. I will also be teaching a CE course for massage therapists at Centralia College this fall—please reach out if you would like registration details.
* Continued Care at Breathe Easy Wellness: You remain in wonderful hands. Our two outstanding massage therapists Jes & Kathy will continue offering regular sessions seven days a week to support your ongoing care.
Thank you so much for your understanding, support, and trust as I make this transition.
I appreciate you all.
