JUST A FRIENDLY REMINDER…

Nobody comes back from the gym unhappy!

Okay… maybe a little sore.

Maybe a little hungry.

Maybe wondering why they thought squats were a good idea. 😂

But that post-workout feeling? WORTH IT! 🙌

Whether you’re lifting weights, taking a group fitness class, swimming, or just getting some steps in, moving your body is always a win!

❤️ Come for the workout. Leave feeling better.

We’ll see you at Thorbeckes!

They say money can’t buy happiness… but have you tried a Thorbeckes membership? 🤣💪

Pretty much the same thing, right?!

Come find your happy place at Thorbeckes! 🖤💙

💙MORE THAN A GYM.🖤

When you think of Thorbeckes Athletic Club, you probably think about fitness classes, swimming pools, weight rooms, and sports.

But we’re so much more than that.

We’re part of this community. And giving back has always been part of who we are.

Did you know that Thorbeckes supports our local communities in so many different ways?

💙Youth scholarships that help make activities more accessible to local kids.

🖤 Supporting organizations like the Boys & Girls Club of Lewis County, local foundations, and community programs.

💙Supporting youth sports, including local Little Leagues, soccer organizations, and other athletic programs.

🖤 Donating prizes and contributions to local school auctions, fundraisers, and community organizations.

💙Providing complimentary swim passes to Centralia schools.

🖤 Hosting community events and supporting local traditions like the Drew North 5K and the Turkey Trot.

From Chehalis and Centralia to Grand Mound, South Bend, and the surrounding communities, we’re proud to be part of something bigger than fitness.

Because at Thorbeckes, being strong isn’t just about what happens inside our walls. It’s about helping build a stronger community outside them.

And that’s something we’re incredibly proud of.

💙🖤 Thorbeckes Athletic Club. More Than a Gym.

💪 HAPPY NATIONAL BURPEE DAY! 💪

Because apparently someone decided burpees deserved their very own holiday. 🤣

Our 8:45 AM Kettlebell AMPD crew in Chehalis decided to celebrate the only way they know how… with BURPEES! 🔥

Were they excited? Absolutely.
Did they all love the instructor for it? Obviously. 😈🤣

All jokes aside, THIS is what makes group fitness so much fun! Great people, lots of laughs, a little sweat, and a whole lot of energy!

🎉 Now it’s YOUR turn!

How are YOU celebrating National Burpee Day?!

📸 Snap a picture or take a video of yourself doing burpees, tag Thorbeckes, and we’ll share it to our stories!

Let’s see those burpees!
