So many nervous systems are dysregulated right now —
not because people are broken,
but because they’ve been holding everything alone.

Acupuncture is communal medicine.
When one body settles, the field shifts.

❄️ Winter Essentials ❄️

This is your reminder that we are in the most yin time of year. It is a time to conserve our energy, not expend too much and to nourish our inner self.

Ways to help yourself for the several weeks:

📝 Journal your feelings or work on introspective projects
🍲 Eat cooked foods- remember it’s soup season!
☕️ Drink warm water and tea
🧦 Keep your feet warm! The start of the kidney channel is on the bottom of your feet.
🧣 Keep the back of your neck protected from the elements. This is where pathogens can enter and get us sick.
🧙🏻‍♀️ Find whimsy in the mundane. Life is truly magical.

We’re past the point of the darkest days and each day we’re getting closer to spring.
