Just do Kegels is not pelvic floor care.

Pelvic health is not one-size-fits-all.

Some bodies need strengthening.
Some need relaxation.
Some need coordination.
And many need a little bit of all three.

A tight pelvic floor can still feel weak.
A weak pelvic floor may need more than just exercises.
And sometimes doing the wrong exercise can actually make symptoms worse.

That’s why education and assessment matter.

At Bloom we believe in understanding your body first — then creating movement and treatment with purpose. We also value a holistic wellness approach as well as evidence based because pelvic health is connected to the whole body, lifestyle, stress, movement, and overall well-being.

We believe the best care is often collaborative — working together, and when needed, alongside other providers, to support you as a whole person. 🌸

Your symptoms deserve more than a generic answer.

If stress has been living in your body lately, pause for a moment and breathe

Your pelvic floor can respond to stress, tension, posture, and breath. Sometimes support is not about doing more — it’s about softening, slowing down, and helping your body feel safe again.

Try this today:
🌸 Take 3 slow breaths
🌸 Relax your jaw and shoulders
🌸 Notice if you’re clenching your belly, glutes, or pelvic floor
🌸 Take a gentle walk or stretch
🌸 Give yourself permission to rest

You’re not broken. Your body may just be asking for support.

Your body isn’t broken.
It’s communicating. 🌸

Leaking, pelvic pain, pressure, or feeling “weak” isn’t something to be embarrassed about — and it’s not your fault.

Pelvic floor therapy is more than Kegels.

It’s learning what your body needs so you can feel strong, supported, and confident again.

Stop blaming your body.
Start understanding it.
