As a small business, every appointment on our schedule is time that has been reserved exclusively for you. Recently, we’ve experienced an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, and we’d like to kindly remind everyone of our office policies.

We understand that unexpected situations happen, and whenever possible, we do our best to accommodate our clients. In return, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

When appointments are missed or canceled without adequate notice, that time often cannot be filled, leaving our providers without the opportunity to earn income during those reserved hours. Just as your time is valuable, so is ours.

We truly appreciate your understanding, your respect for our policies, and your continued support of our small business.

Heads up! - Roadwork ahead

The Chelmsford Water District is estimated to begin a major infrastructure project on Thursday, May 21, 2026, impacting several roadways over the next 18 months.

Roads impacted:
• North Road
• Parkhurst Road
• Smith Street
• Graniteville Road
• Old Westford Road

Residents should expect temporary lane closures, alternating one-way traffic, detours, and police traffic details throughout the project. Most work will occur between 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with some overnight work on North Road.

Please plan ahead and use caution in construction areas.

Polycystic O***y Syndrome, formerly known as PCOS, has been renamed PMOS: Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome. This updated terminology reflects a broader understanding of the condition as one involving ovarian, endocrine, and metabolic factors—not simply “cysts” on the ovaries.

For the electrology profession, this evolving understanding is important. Hirsutism remains one of the most common concerns associated with PMOS, and electrologists frequently work with clients seeking long-term hair removal solutions.

The transition from PCOS to PMOS is an evolving change, with implementation into clinical guidelines and broader practice expected to continue through 2028.

As research and terminology continue to evolve, staying informed helps ensure our profession remains educated, aware, and prepared to support individuals affected by this condition.
