We know life can be heavy.

At Healing In Harmony and Sacred Lights Center, we care about the person who walks through our doors, not simply the service you've booked.

We listen. We hold space. And we want you to have somewhere you can slow down, receive, and be cared for.

Sometimes that looks like massage, reflexology, skincare, energy work or sound therapy.

Sometimes it's finding a little stillness. We offer meditation both **in person and online**, giving you opportunities to pause, reconnect and simply be.

Through Sacred Lights Center, we also gather for a **monthly prayer ceremony that is open to everyone**, regardless of your personal beliefs or spiritual path. You are welcome to come with a prayer for yourself, someone you love, something you're moving through, or simply a desire to sit in the presence of prayer and community.

And our care extends beyond our walls through the **Sacred Lights Care Package**, bringing complimentary healing sessions and meditation to those whose work is devoted to caring for and serving others.

Not everything we offer is something to purchase.

Some things are simply offered because we believe in being of service to our community.

**Whatever you're carrying, you don't always have to carry it alone.**

👣 When should you seek reflexology?

You don’t have to wait until you’re completely overwhelmed to take time for yourself.

Many people seek reflexology when they’re feeling:

Did you know reflexology can be experienced in more ways than one?

When most people hear the word reflexology, they immediately think of the feet. While foot reflexology is the most familiar form, reflexology can also be practiced on the hands, face, and ears.

Foot Reflexology
Uses specific points on the feet that correspond to different areas of the body.

Hand Reflexology
A gentle alternative for those who prefer having their hands worked on or when working on the feet isn’t ideal.

Facial Reflexology
Combines reflex points on the face with gentle facial techniques for a deeply relaxing experience.
