Is there someone or something you would like held in prayer?

Sometimes there are things happening in our lives, in the lives of those we love, or in the world around us that leave us wishing we could do a little more.

Prayer is one way we can come together with love, compassion and intention.

This Sunday, October 11th, at 2:00 p.m., we will gather at Sacred Lights Center for our monthly **Sacred Lights Infusion Prayer Ceremony**.

This is a guided spiritual gathering, with moments of quiet reflection and space for each person to offer their own prayers silently.

Together, we hold intentions for healing, peace, strength, comfort and whatever may be needed.

And something especially meaningful about this ceremony is that the prayers don't simply end when our gathering is over.

The gathering may come to an end, but the prayers remain held in the light.

Whether you are seeking a moment of peace, holding someone you love in your heart, or simply feel called to join in prayer, you are welcome.

There is no cost to participate.

There is a part of the work I offer at Healing In Harmony that I don't talk about nearly as much as I probably should.

Over the years, my own path has led me deeper into understanding healing, energy and what it means to truly know ourselves. My training with the Modern Mystery School and the lineage of King Salomon has become an important part of that journey and of the work I share with others.

I believe in this work because I have experienced it myself.

And while these offerings may be less familiar than massage or traditional Reiki, there is a depth and purpose to each of them that can be difficult to put into just a few words.

**Life Activation**

A one-on-one activation designed to help awaken more of your potential. It supports greater vitality, clarity, focus and purpose, while helping you connect more deeply with yourself and bring forward gifts and abilities that may not yet be fully expressed.

**Ensofic Reiki™**

A healing modality that supports greater balance and alignment. Potential benefits include pain and stress relief, improved circulation, reduced inflammation, greater clarity, emotional healing and support for the body's natural healing and recovery process.

**Hermetic Rebalancing**

A three-session series based on the Seven Hermetic Principles. This work focuses on clearing and rebalancing the seven layers of the energy field, helping to clear mental clutter and confusion that can cloud our perception and supporting greater clarity, awareness and a new perspective on ourselves and our lives.

I don't believe healing is one-size-fits-all.

Sometimes we need support for the physical body. Sometimes we need stillness. And sometimes we are ready to look a little deeper.

These three offerings are part of what that deeper work has come to mean for me.

You don't have to understand it all before experiencing it. You can simply be curious.

Autumn has arrived.

With the Equinox, we crossed into a new season, that brief moment of balance between light and dark as the seasons begin to shift once again.

Living in New England, we get to experience each season in its fullness. The changing light, the cooler air, the colors beginning to turn and the subtle shift in the rhythm around us.

There is beauty in every season. Sometimes it’s simply about slowing down enough to notice what’s changing around us and appreciating it while it’s here.

Each Full Moon carries its own energy.

Each month, Sacred Lights Center, sister center to Healing In Harmony, offers a Hermetic Full Moon Meditation guided by Dr. Heléna Kate Siner.

Full Moon meditations are found in many traditions, but this particular practice comes through the teachings and lineage of the Modern Mystery School, working intentionally with the energy of the Full Moon through the Hermetic tradition.

And each month is different.

The energies we work with change with each lunar cycle, bringing a different focus to every gathering. Through guided meditation and Hermetic practice, we consciously work with the Full Moon energy and the Hermetic Rays.

That is what makes this experience unique. There is a specific teaching, lineage and energetic practice behind the meditation.

No previous experience with meditation or the Hermetic teachings is necessary.
