As part of my EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) certification, I am sharing a brief demonstration of guided tapping.

EFT is a gentle technique that uses tapping on acupressure points to help calm the nervous system and support the release of emotional stress.

This video shows a short portion of a session where we focused on m feeling overwhelmed.
