Perimenopause sucks. 😩

I started noticing more sagging, less definition, and I knew it was the season of life when I’d be wanting to pull my hair back, wear swimsuits, and not constantly wonder what my profile looked like in photos. So about a month ago, I decided to practice what I preach.

Here are the 3 things I did:

✨ Ultherapy Prime to lift and tighten while stimulating new collagen production deep beneath the skin.

✨ Radiesse above the jawline for additional collagen stimulation and structural support. This is one of my favorite ways to create a natural-looking lift without looking “done.”

✨ A little Xeomin to my platysmal bands to relax the downward pull on my jawline and neck. Years of lifting weights have definitely made those bands stronger, and a few strategically placed units can make a surprisingly nice difference.

The best part? None of these are about changing my face. They’re about helping me age a little more gracefully while keeping things looking natural.
