STRESS wreaks havoc on our mental health, sleep, gut, and SKIN.

Stressors, whether emotional 😭 environmental 🐝 🌷or external 😷WILL make your skin act a little.....wonky.
I have gotten several DMs, emails and texts asking, “WTH is going on? My skin is a mess”

This is your quarantine skincare survival guide⬇️⬇️

CLEANSE GENTLY- If you are patchy, irritated, or experiencing breakouts... try changing your cleanser. The one you have may not be the best choice for your new skin issues. I switched to our new Creamy Gel Cleanser. Normally I am not a fan of creamy cleansers, surprisingly, LOVE 💗 IT. It’s super soothing.

HYDRATE 💦 YOUR SKIN AS IF ITS YOUR JOB. A non alcohol based toner should be sprayed liberally after washing. Follow that with a hydrating serum (one that has hyaluronic acid is great)
Seal that all with a rich moisturizer.
•
SPF!!!!! “C’mon Andrea, I’m only going for a walk, its not like I’m on a beach or at a pool”
I hate to break it to you my friends, sunny spring days are very deceiving. Another great product to try is the Isdin SPF Mineral Brush. Just dust the preloaded powder brush on your face before you venture outside. Easy peasy and your face is good to go.

WASH THE DAY OFF YOUR FACE EVERY NIGHT. 🌙
Yeessss, even if you didn’t wear makeup. Follow the instructions above. (Minus the SPF obv..). Your skin repairs itself 3xs more while you sleep. Night routine is where the magic happens. For those of you using Melatonik now is the perfect time to add their new Night Peel Ampules. Game changer! 🙌🏻
EXFOLIATE-. I suggest this weekly. Exfoliation does not mean scrub your face until its red. There are plenty of products that will melt away dead skin cells without abrasion. 😍 (TSG Exfoliating Enzyme Scrub)
