There was a time when I prayed so hard for so much of what now makes my life feel chaotic.

I prayed to be a mom. I prayed for my little girls. I prayed for opportunities to grow in my career and for the life I’m living now.

But sometimes the things stretching us the most are also the things we once desperately hoped for.

Maybe the goal isn’t to pretend the chaos is easy. Maybe it’s simply remembering that some of today’s hardest moments exist inside a life we once prayed to have.

✨ The Airway Edit is coming this September. 🎙️

This rebrand has been on my heart for a while.

Airway health, breathing, sleep, and myofunctional therapy will always be at the core of what I do. But over the last few years, my life- and the conversations I’ve wanted to have- have expanded.

I’ve built businesses. I’ve stepped into leadership in ways I never expected. I became a mom. I’ve learned a lot about growth, balance, resilience, and how the smallest changes can create a ripple effect through everything else.

And I wanted the podcast to grow with me.

So this September, I’m relaunching as The Airway Edit, a space for conversations about airway and whole-body health, but also entrepreneurship, leadership, motherhood, and the real life happening in between it all.

I’ve already recorded some absolute 🔥 episodes with incredible experts, friends, mentors, and people I genuinely admire… and these conversations are SO GOOD.

I cannot wait for you to hear what’s coming.

Same heart. Bigger conversation. A new chapter. 🤍

Welcome to The Airway Edit.

Your jaw is tired of carrying your bad habits 😅

Awareness is the first step.

Do you…
👅 rest your tongue low
😬 clench
🍬 chew gum
🤚 rest your chin in your hand
😴 sleep on your jaw
💅 bite your nails
👄 mouth breathe

Mouth breathing during sleep isn’t a diagnosis, it’s a clue.

It’s your child’s body telling you that something may be making nasal breathing difficult or less efficient.

The goal isn’t to panic every time you notice an open mouth. The goal is to get curious.

Why are they sleeping that way?

Is it allergies? Enlarged tonsils or adenoids? A narrow palate? Habit? Something else?

Children are incredibly good at adapting, but just because they’ve adapted doesn’t mean everything is functioning optimally.

Don’t ignore the clue. Investigate the cause.

Healthy breathing isn’t just about sleep, it’s about growth, development, and giving your child the best opportunity to thrive. 💜

TMD isn’t just about what happens during meals or when you’re in pain.

It’s also about the hundreds of little habits your jaw experiences throughout the day.

Sometimes the biggest improvements come from becoming aware of the things you didn’t even realize you were doing.
