This month, we’re proud to recognize Godwin!

Since joining our company in 2020, Godwin has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, compassion, and professionalism in his role as a caregiver. His kind and gentle nature shines through in every interaction, and he has built meaningful relationships with all of his clients. The special connections he creates are a true reflection of his genuine care and commitment to improving the lives of those he serves.

One story that truly reflects his character involves a client who was nearing the end of his life. Before leaving for an extended vacation, Godwin promised his client that he would return to see him. When he returned a month later, one of his first priorities was visiting that client. He sat with him, prayed with him, and thanked him for waiting. The client responded, "I waited for you, as promised." Just one week later, the client passed away. This touching moment is a testament to the trust, comfort, and meaningful connection he creates with those he serves.

We're so glad to have Godwin as part of the Thema team!!

Tanya has been part of the Thema family since 2022, and her impact has been felt by every client and team member she’s worked with. Families consistently share how much confidence they have in her skills, and it’s easy to see why. As an LPN, Tanya brings a high level of clinical expertise to her caregiving, paired with a warm, attentive personality that makes clients feel safe and cared for.

She’s known for her reliability, her calm presence, and her ability to anticipate what clients need before they even ask. Whether she’s supporting a new case or stepping in for a long‑term client, Tanya’s professionalism and compassion shine through.

We’re so grateful for the care, dedication, and heart she brings to every shift.

Congratulations to our June Caregiver of the Month, Steve!

Steve consistently goes above and beyond in his care for our clients. He frequently shares about connections he made with new clients and helps them engage in their preferred hobbies to maximize their quality of life, including taking one client on scenic drives to look at local architecture and taking another to the gym to get a workout in together.

Steve always provides excellent care, helps out where needed, and consistently receives great feedback from clients and their family members alike.

Not only is he invaluable to the clients and office team, Steve frequently sings the praises of his peers. For instance, he has been known to call the office to offer compliments to his fellow caregivers, saying how much the clients enjoy their company and how thorough their work is. Being a true team player makes Steve a true joy to spend time with and work alongside.

He has a passion for helping others, and we're so lucky to have him on the Thema team. Keep up the amazing work!
