A HUGE (and delayed) THANK YOU!!!! to all who supported the Team Equipoise Occupational Therapy at the 2026 Walk to End Alzheimer's in Rutland VT on September 26th!

The Rutland VT Walk exceeded their goal this year and raised $90,892!!!! 😀

Supporting one another in the day to day work and care of living with Alzheimer's is essential, and helping to fund research, outreach, and caregiver support programs is necessary and ongoing.

Lifestyle factors; including sleep, movement, and nutrition are excellent ways to support brain health and can help in prevention of cognitive decline or future dementia diagnoses. 🚶🏻‍♀️ 🧠 💜

Equipoise Occupational Therapy is Participating in the 2026 Rutland Vermont Walk to End Alzheimer's, Saturday September 26th! We would love for you to join our FUN EOT Team to help raise awareness and provide support for those affected by Alzheimer's and other Dementia-related diagnoses.
One of the BEST healthy habits you can do to protect yourself against Alzheimer’s is to GET MOVING! Raising your heart rate increases blood flow to your brain, which can also help control your blood pressure, while reducing your risk. Come WALK with us!
