This week a friend helped steer me back to the basics.
I was trying to get to the gym, take care of the farm, work in a variety of business offerings, manage the household, support my family, ride my horse, mow the lawn, plant the garden, and take care of my own mental health.
She said, “what if you meditate for mental health, take care of the animals, exercise for physical health, and let the rest fall into place?”
