Yesterday, the WashU Medicine Living Well Center Symposium brought together over 80 attendees, including national leaders and WashU experts, to explore innovative strategies for integrating lifestyle medicine into orthopedics and rehabilitation.
From micronutrients and mitochondrial health to pain management research and real-world applications in nutrition, sleep, and female athlete health – the sessions sparked insightful discussion and practical takeaways.
A big thank-you to all who joined us for a day of learning, collaboration, and advancing holistic approaches to health! 💙
