If you’re a skilled, compassionate LPN who loves steady schedules and true 1:1 nursing, this role is for you.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Continuous seizure monitoring & safety
• Med passes + EMR documentation
• Join resident for Day Support & community outings
• Work closely with RN + leadership team

✨ Schedule
12‑hour shifts • 7a–7p or 7p–7a
Weekdays • Every other weekend • Rotating holidays

✨ You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• LPN license + CPR/BLS
• 3+ years experience
• ID/DD or private duty background (preferred)
• Reliability, professionalism, compassion
