We believe that postpartum support should not be a luxury.

If we’re bringing a luxury retreat to St Louis WITHOUT a luxury price tag, we NEED you to make it happen!

What a 4-hour visit with our postpartum doulas often looks like:

✨Hour 1: you get a chance to take a relaxing herbal bath while your doula cares for your baby

✨Hour 2: Your doula sits with you to answer any questions about breastfeeding & the adjustments that are needed to thrive postpartum

✨Hours 3-4: Much needed rest! Your doula cares for your newborn & prepares delicious foods and drinks that aid in your healing while you take a nap!

You wake up to kitchen that is clean, herbal infusions, date milk and hearty sausage stew for dinner!

The two hours of rest gave you just what you needed to face the evening. This is the Elephant Baby Way😍 This is how we radically redefine Postpartum.

Hey y’all it’s Kilah! Owner and founder here at Elephant Baby. Im freshly postpartum and remembering—in real time—why this work matters so deeply.

Even with 5 years of building postpartum systems, even knowing what to ask for, even having access to incredible support... this season is still a huge adjustment!

And if I need this much care, how are mothers without access making it through?

They’re not thriving. They’re barely surviving.

This is why The Well can’t wait. Mothers deserve a place to be held, restored, and renewed—not just surviving postpartum, but being poured into during it.

THE WELL - A REVIVAL FOR MOTHERS

We live in a broken society—
Where mothers are expected to bounce back.

To do it all. Alone.

Where postpartum is treated like an inconvenience, not a sacred season.
Where asking for help is seen as weakness.
But something is stirring.

A revival is coming.

For the last 5 years, we’ve been behind the scenes—pouring into mothers who were told they should be fine, but weren’t.

Hundreds of mothers. Hundreds of postpartum journeys transformed.

Because we believe mothers deserve more than survival.

They deserve to be held. Nourished. Restored.

The Well is where this revival takes root.
An in-person community where mothers and the providers who serve them will gather...
..to radically redefine what postpartum looks like.

No more isolation. No more “figure it out yourself.”

Instead: postpartum retreat suites. Dedicated doula care. Traditional healing practices. Meals that replenish. A village that shows up.

Seven days ago, we launched this campaign with a vision: to raise $50,000 in 50 days to build The Well—a sanctuary for postpartum and motherhood renewal.

Day 6 of 💧

Today is Shavuot — the Feast of Weeks.
We celebrate God’s provision: the giving of the Torah, the first fruits of the harvest, and the covenant that binds us to Him and to one another.

Shavuot reminds us that God provides instruction for abundant life.

He didn’t leave us to wander without guidance. He gave us His Word. He gave us rhythms of rest and celebration. He gave us commandments to care for the widow, the orphan, the vulnerable.

The Well is rooted in these truths.

It’s built on the biblical foundation that mothers—who give life, who nourish, who sacrifice—deserve to be cared for in return.

Just as God provided manna in the wilderness, The Well will provide rest, nourishment, and renewal for mothers in their postpartum wilderness.

This is covenant. This is community. This is what it means to bring back the village.
