Discipline Doesn’t Quit.

This is where interpretation matters.

When markers shift, it’s rarely random — it reflects what your body is being exposed to and how it’s responding under stress.

In physique athletes, changes in liver enzymes don’t come from one variable alone. Training intensity, recovery, lifestyle, and compound selection all contribute to the overall picture.

The goal isn’t to panic — it’s to understand patterns.

What experienced athletes and coaches focus on:

* Looking at trends over time, not one result
* Comparing related markers instead of isolating one value
* Evaluating training load, recovery, and external stressors
* Being aware of how certain compounds can influence labs
* Adjusting variables proactively instead of reacting late

Good decision-making comes from context, not assumptions.

If you want a deeper breakdown of how to interpret your labs and structure your training around them, reach out to for coaching inquiries.

Elevated AST doesn’t automatically mean liver damage.

AST is found in muscle and liver.
Hard training alone can raise it.

ALT is more liver-specific and usually rises less from muscle stress.

The pattern matters:

• AST up, ALT stable → often training-related
• AST + ALT both rising → look closer at liver stress

This isn’t about one number.
It’s about what’s driving it and where it’s going.

If you want help breaking down your labs in context, message “AST/ALT” to .

Most people only treat what they feel.

But what’s holding you back is usually what you don’t even know is there.

Mike came in feeling beat up from a heavy training week…
but once we started working, we found areas that were limiting him without him even realizing it.

That’s the difference.
This isn’t random recovery — it’s intentional, detailed work that supports how your body actually moves and performs.

You shouldn’t have to wait until something hurts to fix it.

This is what supports high-level performance.

Bryant didn’t realize how tight his body actually was… until after the session.

That’s the thing about tension—you don’t notice it until it’s gone.

Recovery isn’t just about feeling better in the moment.
It’s about restoring how your body is supposed to move.

After a long day taking care of others, recovery becomes non-negotiable.

Most people think progress only happens in the gym.
But what you do after the work matters just as much.

This is what real recovery looks like—intentional, structured, and built for longevity.
