Individual sessions, ongoing support, and animal energy work available by request. Reiki found me 4 years ago carrying more emotional baggage than I realized. As I released those blockages, I felt lighter, happier and my stress levels were down. I thought to myself how beneficial this could be for so many people. The traumas that live within us block you from being your highest self. I wanted nothing more than to help people feel better, so my journey into energy healing is my soul's purpose.
