Meet the New Owner
We will introduce our new owner, Sarah Langthorne, M.S.T.O.M, L.Ac, in the coming weeks and share more about her vision for East Wind Acupuncture. We will have a grand re-opening during our Chinese New Year Celebration on February 17 from 5:30-7:30pm (details to come), where you can meet and welcome her in person, enjoy light refreshments, tour the clinic and experience the fun aspects of TCM such as the I Ching, Chinese Astrology, and Feng Shui.

ATTENTION parents of children and young adults! Attention students! Attention teens transitioning out of their childhood homes!

We know life can get overwhelming to anyone, especially those who are newer to it! Whether you or your child is dealing with a specific life transition or more generalized struggles, we want to help!

Gloria, our cranial sacral and reiki specialist, has always had an interest in the wellbeing of our children. She has a bachelor’s degree in social work and has been a youth worker in the past. Throughout the summer, Gloria is giving a special rate for people 23 years old and younger to help address mental health struggles including anxiety and depression, sensory processing difficulties, nervous system regulatory issues and more. Gloria Piette, BSW, is a reiki therapist and cranial sacral specialist who has been delivering care for over 30 years. She has trained and worked with Upledger Institute, the leader in Cranial Sacral Therapy as well as a reiki master. She trains and teaches these techniques but her passion is helping patients overcome health issues. She has successfully helped thousands of patients overcome health issues like pain, anxiety, insomnia, headaches, post traumatic stress, depression with these minimal pressure therapies.

She is offering to new patients to her, $10 off any 60 minute therapy in reiki or cranial treatments. Even if you have had these therapies at East Wind with another therapist, you can still take this opportunity to try her services.

Gloria is a true healer. She is available to deliver care at East Wind on Tuesday and Wednesday 9a to 1pm and Thursday noon to 4pm. Other days are available by special request and necessity.
