We’re excited to announce Kindra & Geena as the official Ambassadors of our BEST Academy! 🎉
BEST stands for Beyond Expectations, Satisfaction, and Trust—and this program is all about elevating the way we serve, connect, and deliver for those who count on us every day.
Through BEST Academy, our team will engage in a powerful customer service training experience designed to strengthen our culture, sharpen our skills, and ensure we consistently go above and beyond.
Kindra has been with the company for 7 years and has been the MDS Nurse for the last 2 years. One of the things she enjoys most about her job is being able to make a positive impact on our residents' lives while working alongside such a dedicated team.
When she's not at work, you'll usually find her spending time with her adult children, grandbabies, and friends. Family is very important to Kindra, and some of her favorite moments are simply being together and making memories with the people she loves.
Geena works as a Social Services Assistant at Addison Pointe and enjoys helping residents and families feel supported during important transitions. She is passionate about providing compassionate care, building strong relationships, and making a positive impact each day. Outside of work, she is a proud mom, a Cybersecurity student, and someone who believes in continuous learning and growth.
With Kindra and Geena leading the way as our Ambassadors, we’re confident this journey will inspire excellence and set a new standard across our organization.
