Happy National HR Week! 🎉

This week we are proud to recognize Rita for the incredible work she does as the HR Director at Addison Pointe. Rita has been with Addison for 10 years.

Rita is reliable, professional, and always fair. She is by far one of the most competent HR Directors I have ever had the privilege of working with. Her dedication to supporting both our employees and our facility truly makes a difference every day.

She has been a strong advocate for enhancing employee benefits, including helping implement initiatives like our employee food pantry. Rita also goes above and beyond by adjusting her work hours to accommodate employees and ensure they feel supported.
