Have you been interested in a vibration plate for exercise but not sure if it's for you? Come to our studio this afternoon from 4-5 pm and give it a try! We'll be adding this to our service listing next week. A vibration plate simulates walking, running, jogging and strength training exercises to help lose weight, builds muscle, increases blood flow and much more. Up to 10 minute sessions today. If concerns, please check with your physician prior to trying a vibration plate.

Hello lovely souls! I have decided to change the First Saturday space reservations for May. I am closing the reservations on April 30th.
