Chester River Health Foundation The Foundation is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors consisting of community members from our service area.

A 501(c)(3) charitable organization raising funds to benefit people served by UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown and Chester River Home Care as well as providing scholarships for employees seeking advanced health care-related education. The CRHF raises and disburses funds to enhance the care our community receives at UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown (formerly Chester River Hospital Center) and provides scholarships for employees.
