A few years ago I wanted to make an appointment at a salon, I call, receptionist can make appointment, computer is down, I drive to the salon, walked in, I want an appointment with my stylist, can’t do it , computer is down. My stylist walks from backroom, hey can u do my hair, answer yes, come over. So ridiculous its stylists pay check. I suggested an appointment book. Right it in, get it caught up when computer is up. I have no patience with this.
