heyenne at 315 West 18th Street. We will offer a variety of weekly Yin, Hatha and Vinyasa-style classes to suit all levels, as well as individual and small group instruction, special series, and workshops. All classes will be taught by certified instructors who practice and teach from the heart and meet the individual student right where he or she is, just as he or she is.

🎉 Congratulations 200 & 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training Grads! Your Blossom team is proud of you and we all know how hard you worked to reach this special ceremony.

During Yoga Teacher Training, students are challenged physically, emotionally and mentally. This is a deeper work than just learning Yoga poses and anatomy. Although, that’s important also.

We are honored that you chose Blossom Yoga School and deeply grateful to be on this journey with you 🌸

🤔 What is Yin Yoga?
A gentle practice that targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Passive postures are held for 3 to 5 minutes so that the muscles can release and connective tissues and joints can open. Deep breathing and relaxation are emphasized.

*Compliments other active styles of yoga and creates new depth in postures, deeper range of motion, and increased circulation.

Yoga Asana (the physical practice) is a thing that matters to us and it brings us together

We consistently learn the importance of having a place to belong as we move through the challenges of life

- When you come to Blossom - you're going to hear chatting, checking in, laughter, maybe some hard stuff that people are going through - your class might even start a little late because friends meet here
