June is our birthday monntthhhh! 🎉

Thank you so much to all of you - whether you've joined us for a class, shared advice or words of encouragement, or supported us by liking and sharing our posts, I am so grateful 🥰

We're celebrating by adding some new classes (one of which feels pretty special to me!) and with some fun giveaways ✨️

Reiki is an energetic practice that focuses on channeling supportive universal energy to you for support, relaxation, and balance 😌

If can support our nervous systems and help us feel deeply rested, a little bit calmer, and like our cup has been lovingly refilled.

We currently offer sessions a few times a week - every other Wednesday at 7p, and every Friday at 9a and 12p. Weekend sessions are available by request ✨️

Have you ever been practicing yoga one minute, and crying your eyes out the next?

A big part of leading kids' movement classes? Learning to run with the vibes 💫

In spring's Calm & Strong session, we had a day where it was gloomy, everyone was low energy, and we started class by making hot cocoa and talking about school 🌧

Another day, the kids wanted to learn about our singing bowls, so instead of the planned meditation, we talked about sound frequencies and I taught them how to play 🎶

And on the last day, we celebrated the end of a great session with chaotic, goofy games that had everyone laughing, moving, and engaged the entire time 🤸‍♀️

Sometimes the practice is

✨️ and whole heartedly running on vibes 💛
