Sharing some flower pics from the Children's Garden at the Cheyenne Botanical Gardens to brighten your feed. Some of my favorite flower pics that I've taken over the years are the ones like some of these that look like natural, grassy patches of wildflowers because they always remind me of the many happy summer days I spent with my herbal mentor Caroline Johnson at her old homestead and herbal garden at the top of the mountain near Elk Mountain, Wyoming. Happy days! I miss her so much. When I was taking one of these pictures, I was photo-bombed by a hummingbird who hovered in front of my phone for a few seconds, but I was so enamored with her that I didn't get a photo of her before she started off. 🌸🌻💐💖✨🌞

For every bag of groceries you bring to my office for Needs Inc. Food Pantry, your name goes in the drawing once for a free reflexology session. So 3 bags of groceries = 3 entries in the drawing. 🎫🎫🎫

Then I draw a winner at the end of each month. The winner can either use the session for themselves, or I can give it to them as a gift certificate that they can give to someone else. 🎁👣💝🫶

🐾💗 Celebrating 13 Years of Molly! 💗🐾

Today we’re celebrating a very special member of our wellness family—my sweet Molly is turning 13 years old! 🎂🐶🎉

For the past 11 years, Molly has been right here in the clinic with me, day after day, quietly keeping watch over all of us. She has become so much more than my dog—she’s part of the heart and soul of this space. 🩷

So many of you have loved her, greeted her, talked to her, and felt her comforting presence during your visits. I truly believe Molly has a special gift for knowing when someone needs a little extra love, reassurance, or simply a warm furry friend nearby. 🐾

She may not have an official reflexology certification 😉, but I think we can all agree that she has mastered the art of emotional wellness! 💫

Happy 13th birthday, Molly. Thank you for taking care of everyone for all these years. We love you more than words can say. 💕🐾

And to all of you who have loved her along the way—thank you for making her feel like the beloved clinic dog she is. ❤️🤗

Have you seen the baby polar bear who's gone viral because of how much he loves playing with traffic cones? It's the cutest thing I've seen all week, so thought I'd share it. May we all get this much enjoyment from simple pleasures.
