Business scoreboards are hard at the end of the year when you’re an Enneagram 3, “The Achiever,” especially when you didn’t end up where you hoped to be.

I know my worth isn’t to found in a number, and at the end of the day, it’s really about the relationships formed along the way. But if I’m honest, my default is still to look at the numbers and let them tell me how I did.

It wasn’t my worst year, but it was far from my best.

Today, I’m choosing to celebrate what this year held beyond a scorecard. The people. The growth. The lessons. The moments I showed up, even on some of my hardest days.
