We are happy to hear that the final approval was given today for Wyoming Rural Health Transformation funding after the application was rewritten omitting the perpituity fund and the "Bear Care" insurance proposal. For more information, check out this article here.

State aims to inject the Rural Health Transformation Program funds into proposals to prop up rural hospitals, build workforce and bolster preventative health measures.

Nurses Week Proclamations started in Pinedale on April 13th, Lovell on April 14th, Torrington on April 21st, and Douglas and Kemmerer were on April 27th. Thank you for everyone who has already participated.

We continue to follow this regulation and will be reaching out to let them know Nursing needs included in this rule.

New federal rule threatens the future of the health care workforce. The Department of Education rule fails to recognize post-baccalaureate nursing degrees as professional degrees, a move that will harm the nursing workforce and limit access to high-quality care for patients nationwide.
