At 59, I’m not chasing youth.
I’m choosing strength. I’m choosing energy. I’m choosing emotional wellness.
1. 🌞 Morning sunlight —No sunglasses /10 minutes
Why: Resets your body’s natural circadian rhythm, which supports better sleep, energy, and overall well-being.
Small habit. Big impact.
2. 💚 My non-negotiable: Bio Life+ & Vivix+ (by 50 your cellular energy drops and your skin cells run out of fuel to repair)
Why: Antiaging/Antioxidant support is an important part of taking care of my body every day. Link in Bio 🔗
I don’t wait until I feel depleted to take care of myself.
3. 🍋 Lemon water
Why: It’s a simple way to make hydration a priority first thing in the morning.
Healthy habits don’t have to be complicated.
4. 🥚 30g of protein at breakfast + protein with every meal
Why: Adequate protein supports muscle maintenance and helps keep you satisfied throughout the day—especially important as we get older.
Strong women need strong muscles 💪🏾
5. 🚶♀️ Daily movement — at least 30 minutes
Walking. Swimming. Strength training. Mobility. Whatever you enjoy.
Why: Your body was designed to move. Regular activity supports strength, mobility, cardiovascular health, mood, and independence as you age.
Consistency beats intensity.
6. 🌿 My afternoon Natural GLP-1 support
Why: I use it as part of my daily wellness routine to control my cravings and weight-management goals. (Link in Bio 🔗)
It’s not about a quick fix—it’s about supporting the habits I’m already committed to.
7. 🙏 15 minutes to reflect + 15 minutes to plan
Why: Reflection helps me learn from the day; planning helps me be intentional about the next one.
Peace and progress both require intentionality
The secret isn’t perfection.
It’s consistency. It’s commitment. It’s showing up for yourself—every single day. DM to join a community of women supporting each other
