GOOD LUCK to all the athletes racing IRONMAN Texas this weekend... in what is quickly becoming one of the largest ever IRONMAN PRO SERIES races ever assembled outside of Kona!

Our very own 23x IRONMAN finisher Coach Chris Navin from 4 Star Endurance , Metabolic Athlete, Tri312, Supertri, and TEAM TO END AIDS (T2 CHICAGO) is making a couple "ASK A COACH" cameo appearances at the IRONMAN LOUNGE in the expo from 3-4pm on Thurs and 1-2pm on Friday! So stop on by to ask any questions... and get some last minute advice, tips, tricks, and motivation for race day!

Or just throw down some watts to challenge him in the ROUVY booth!!! ;-)
