5 YEARS OF SHOT BAR. 🥹🩷
Today marks five years since I opened Shot Bar.
And sometimes I genuinely cannot believe how much life has happened in those five years.
When I started Shot Bar in 2021, I was still working as a hospitalist in the middle of COVID. I was seeing 30 patients a day, completely exhausted, and building this little business at the same time.
There was no grand master plan.
I just knew I wanted to create something of my own.
So I did.
I worked my hospital shifts. I saw Shot Bar patients. I answered messages at all hours. I learned the business side as I went. I made mistakes. I changed my mind. I spent money on things I probably shouldn’t have. 😂 I took chances that scared the s**t out of me.
And I kept going.
Five years later, Shot Bar isn’t the little side business I started during one of the craziest chapters of my life.
It’s my career.
It’s a storefront.
It’s an incredible team.
It’s thousands of appointments.
It’s patients who have been with me since the very beginning.
It’s a community that somehow grew around an idea I decided to take a chance on five years ago.
And I’m really fu***ng proud of it.
Not because I did everything right. I absolutely did not.
I’m proud because I built something real.
Something that has changed and grown right alongside me.
To every person who trusted me with their face, their body, their health, or their confidence…
To everyone who referred a friend, left a review, shared a post, came to an event, supported one of my wild ideas, or said the words, “Go see Lindsey”…
You helped build Shot Bar too.
And to the people who work beside me now and believe in what we’re building next: I am endlessly grateful for you.
Five years ago, I had an idea.
Today, I get to walk into a place with SHOT BAR on the door.
That’s pretty fu***ng cool. 🥹🩷
Happy 5th birthday, Shot Bar.
We’re nowhere near done. 🥂💉
