Our team is together starting today for our staff retreat. A few times a year we step away as a group to learn from each other, bond, and come back ready to give you our best work. So here's a quick heads up on hours this weekend.

Chicago (Mount Greenwood) and La Grange are closed Friday through Sunday, June 27 to 29. Shorewood is closed Friday, June 27 only. Frankfort stays open with normal business hours all weekend.

The neck is one of those areas almost no one thinks about until they catch it in a photo or a video call. Then suddenly the horizontal lines, the crepey texture, the volume loss across the front of the neck... it all comes into focus at once. The good news is that there are real options now, and neck filler is one of the most effective.

Done well, neck filler softens the appearance of horizontal lines and improves the overall texture and hydration of the skin in that area. It's a delicate treatment that calls for conservative dosing and an injector who treats the neck regularly. Something we talk about with almost every filler client at Express Med Spa: most natural-looking results take more than one syringe.

A single syringe is about a teaspoon. That's a meaningful amount of volume. When clients come in expecting one syringe to do the work of three, the result often feels underwhelming, not because the product didn't work, but because the plan was incomplete.

That's why we run our filler special in June. It's the month we encourage clients who started a plan earlier in the year to come back and finish it, and it's a good entry point for anyone who's been waiting for the right time to begin.
