This is what an intentional Massage looks like. I’m focusing deep into the fascia and then the muscles to move tension and stagnation, which is two of the main causes for stress and restricted range of motion. This reduces mental and physical physical blockages.

I am proud to finally have a location to take clients for massage now. I love this location! This is a new beginning for me and I’m so ecstatic about bringing my lovely clients here to heal them in a peaceful and grounding environment.
