Running a business isn't always Instagram-worthy. Sometimes it's answering emails at midnight, fixing phone issues, teaching classes, supporting our members and trying to get our second yoga studio to the pace of our original on top of opening a second retail shop in Andersonville...all while attempting to remember to post on social media. 😅

So if we've been a little quieter than usual, now you know why.

Thank you for continuing to show up for us, purchasing your class packages, recommending us to your friends and family and being patient while we navigate this exciting (and admittedly chaotic) season.

We don't take this community for granted, not for a second.

We hear you when you ask for different class times and new formats. We truly do.

But here's the reality: we can't keep classes based on requests alone, we have to keep them based on attendance.

If there's a class you love, support it. Come consistently. Invite a friend.

Your attendance is your vote.

We don't remove classes because we want to. We remove them because empty spots make it impossible to keep them on the schedule.

Help us build the schedule you want by showing up for it.

As you can see we have full classes today.

Andrew's subbing for Gena's FULL BODY FUSION (fitness class) at 4:30p today and it's completely full (then some) along with a wait list! We ask in instances like this that if you're not going to make it to please early cancel yourself out, you have an hour before class to do that through MindBody.

In the past we've had no shows or people late canceling (shorter than an hour before class) and then all the people on wait list couldn't be let in when they could have.

So please be respectful of our time and others time when booking into classes. Don't be scared to commit haha.
