❤️‍🔥 In June we wrapped up our 21 Savage barre fitness challenge … and what a journey it has been! ❤️‍🔥

To every woman who committed to these 21 days, we celebrate YOU. Every class, every drop of sweat, every choice to show up for yourself mattered.

At The Inferno, being Savage isn’t about being hard- it’s about being intentional. It’s being savage about your self-care, self-love, healing, consistency, goals, and choosing YOU, even when it’s not easy.
This challenge was never just about workouts. It was about choosing yourself. Building strength. Creating consistency. Finding confidence. And proving that every small step adds up.

In this challenge and everyday at The Inferno, we see Black women embracing their power, supporting one another, and realizing that being PHENOMENAL isn’t about perfection- it’s about showing up as your authentic self, unapologetically.

A special shout-out to our 21 Savage Challenge winner, our Quiet Storm, Lavetta! 👏🏾🔥 Your quiet determination, consistency, and commitment spoke volumes. Your quiet consistency reminded us that strength doesn’t always make noise. Congratulations! YOU EARNED IT! 🥂

We are proud to create a space where women can move, heal, laugh, sweat, grow, and shine unapologetically.

You don’t have to know how to dance.
You don’t have to be flexible.
You don’t have to look a certain way.
You don’t have to be a certain age.

You just have to show up.

Barre is for every body, every level, and every season of life. Together we’re building stronger bodies, healthier minds, deeper confidence, and a community rooted in support! Not Judgement! 🥰

Whether you completed all 21 days or simply took the first step, we’re proud of you. Because this journey isn’t about perfection, it’s about the process and progress.

Movement is medicine. Community is fire. And we’re just getting started. ❤️🔥
