It's been 5 whole years of No Stress Nutrition! While I desperately wish that I had the mental or emotional bandwidth to speak fluently about the many highs and the occasional lows of this adventure...it's 2026 and I just don't have it in me to ramble. I'm so grateful to be doing this work and hope to continue it for a long, long time to come.
