I hear some version of this all the time:
“I know what I should be doing. I just need to get motivated again.”
But motivation probably isn’t the thing you’re missing.
Motivation is great when it shows up, but it was never meant to be the foundation of your health.
The habits that make the biggest difference are usually the ones you can continue when work is busy, you didn’t sleep well, the kids’ schedules are crazy, or you simply don’t feel like doing them.
That might mean a 10-minute walk instead of an hour-long workout.
An easy protein-and-produce dinner instead of a perfectly planned recipe.
Going to bed 30 minutes earlier instead of overhauling your entire nighttime routine.
Small, repeatable actions beat big bursts of motivation every time.
Because you shouldn’t have to keep starting over.
You need a foundation you can keep coming back to.
