It’s been awesome seeing so many people come back for this one
Every sip, every smile—it really motivates me to keep creating more 🙌🏼
Made with smoky mezcal, strawberry orange shrub, Aperol, lime juice, hot honey, ginger liqueur, muddled jalapeño, and spicy bitters—smoky, spicy, and just the right amount of sweet. Once I got all the ingredients to come together, I was excited to finally serve it. Took a few weeks to get the right mix, and it’s been rewarding to see it pay off.
And by the way, it’s pronounced “Roh-sah Een-fehr-nahl” 😂
