I'm Anna Schabold, an experienced movement guide and holistic wellness practitioner. I've taught yoga and meditation classes since 2009, and have offered bodywork services since 2015 here in my hometown of Chicago. During our work together, I'll share my grounded, compassionate, and curious presence with you. My work focuses on sharing embodiment tools like deep breathing, functional strength, mob

ility, restorative yoga, somatic movement, meditation, and self-massage to help you find what works best for you to feel a little bit better in your body. Always done with the intention of finding ease, grace, and pleasure in the exploration. I offer live and recorded classes, private and semi-private sessions, and bodywork appointments.

It's officially summer!

The June sessions out by the Lake were blessed with perfect weather and a fantastic group of people. I've added more dates to our July Series - we'll meet every Tuesday all month long.

🌞 8:00 - 9:00 AM on Tuesdays
🌞 In the grass just south of Foster Beach (near the Trapeze School)
🌞 $20 per class | $75 for full series
