As schedules become less structured in the summer, it becomes even more important to protect your time, focus, and energy. Without clear boundaries, it is easy for work and personal time to blur together.

Simple ways to stay grounded and productive:
▪️ Set clear start and end times for your workday
▪️ Limit unnecessary meetings and protect focused work blocks
▪️ Communicate availability with colleagues and clients so expectations are clear
▪️ Build in time for rest, movement, and personal priorities
▪️ Make space for fun and activities you enjoy outside of work

Boundaries create structure where it is needed most. When you protect your energy and make space for what matters, you can stay focused at work while fully enjoying the season you are in.

Sleep is one of the most important foundations of well-being, yet it is often overlooked. Even when I get enough hours, poor-quality sleep can leave me feeling drained. Focusing on simple, intentional habits and tools can support restorative rest and help me wake up feeling refreshed.

My favorite sleep-support products are:

Memorial Day gatherings are a great opportunity to enjoy simple, nourishing meals that support energy and balance. Grilled chicken and vegetable skewers offer a practical way to combine lean protein, fiber, and seasonal produce in one dish.

Ingredients:
▪️ 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
▪️ 1 zucchini, sliced
▪️ 1 red bell pepper, chopped
▪️ 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
▪️ 1 red onion, cut into chunks
▪️ 2 tbsp olive oil
▪️ 1 tbsp lemon juice
▪️ 2 cloves garlic, minced
▪️ Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken and vegetables, tossing to coat evenly.
Thread onto skewers, alternating chicken and vegetables.
Grill over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked.
