Another survivor who benefited from the reconstructive paramedical tattooing services we offer, at no cost to the survivor thanks to Sharsheret. 🎀 She received 3D Ar**la Micropigmentation. 🤗

I am grateful to be able to work with these women & help them in any way. ♡

I work with Sharsheret org where through their Best Face Forward 2.0 program, Breast & Ovarian cancer survivors can get medical & cosmetic tattooing at no charge to them with me. I have been their Mid West Artist for 8 years. If approved, you are guaranteed to see me. I am also partnered with Northwestern Hospital.

✨️I offer scar revision & camouflage services, which helps dimish the appearance of surgical scars accumulated during treatment. (I donate 1 free treatment every month.) I also offer brow permanent makeup (sometimes after chemo the brow hair doesn't come back the same) & 3d ar**la restoration medical tattooing through Sharsheret Org.

Once approved, these services come at no cost to the survivor to give them back a sense of normalcy & restore confidence. Results look natural & are a great solution to reconstruct & recreate the illusion of ar**las, brows & diminish the appearance of scars.

Elsa Milani is an award-winning permanent makeup and paramedical tattoo artist, international trainer, and speaker who has been serving clients since 2009. As the owner of Flawless Permanent Makeup by Elsa, with locations in Chicago, New York City, and Destin, Florida, she is known for her expertise in corrective permanent makeup, scar camouflage, and needling revisions, creating natural-looking results for clients of all skin types.

A licensed cosmetologist and tattoo artist, Elsa is both a Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional (CPCP) and Certified Paramedical Tattoo Professional (CPTP). She previously served as Chair of the SPCP Young Professionals Committee, contributed to the SPCP Panel of Experts, and has presented at the SPCP Annual Convention.

Inspired by her own experience using permanent makeup to restore confidence after a facial dog attack scar, Elsa is passionate about helping others. Through partnerships with Northwestern Hospital and Sharsheret, she provides pro bono paramedical tattooing services for breast cancer survivors and has been featured by numerous television and media outlets for her work.
