In a cross-sectional study of patients with angina and nonobstructive coronary arteries ( ), multiple endotypes—such as endothelium-dependent or independent abnormalities and myocardial bridging—were frequently identified using comprehensive coronary function testing.

Patients with a greater number of overlapping endotypes reported worse angina burden, as measured by Seattle Angina Questionnaire scores. These findings indicate that coexisting ANOCA endotypes are common, and cumulative endotypes are associated with greater symptom severity.

Projections across 3108 US counties indicate that heat-attributable cardiovascular disease ( ) burden is expected to rise substantially by 2050, with a national median increase from 138.5 to 418.2 disability-adjusted life-years (DALY) per 100,000 under a high greenhouse gas emission scenario.

Population aging will increase this burden by an additional 34%, and economically vulnerable counties are projected to experience disproportionately greater relative increases.

Heat mitigation strategies will need to become an integral element of prevention, with targeted adaptation essential for high-risk and underserved communities.

Among adults in two US biobanks, of indeterminate potential was associated with increased risk of incident , but not , supporting gene-driven inflammation as a therapeutic target.

This cohort study explores the association between clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential and risk of incident pericarditis and myocarditis among participants in 2 large US biobanks.

should be considered in patients presenting with myocardial infarction and nonobstructive coronary arteries, as large fistulas can lead to significant cardiac complications.

This case report describes branching coronary-cameral fistulas in a male patient in his 40s who presented with angina and elevated troponin I and pro–brain-type natriuretic peptide levels.

Major bleeding after left atrial appendage occlusion was most frequent in the first 6 months, and associated with older age, diabetes, prior bleeding, kidney disease, and increased risk of stroke and mortality.

This study evaluates the incidence, predictors, management, and clinical outcomes of major bleeding after left atrial appendage occlusion in the Amulet IDE trial.

Burst exercise testing detected more severe ventricular arrhythmias and prompted treatment escalation more often than the Bruce protocol in patients with , with no observed safety concerns.

This cohort study evaluates the diagnostic yield and therapeutic impact of the Burst exercise stress testing protocol compared with the traditional Bruce protocol in catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia.

RBM20 truncating variants were associated with reduced lifetime penetrance and milder disease in compared to pathogenic RBM20 or titin variants, suggesting a low-effect role in arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy.
