Some people lack the basic things to keep them alive and well. Some cannot boast of a healthy meal or clean water supply. It's more disturbing that females in d
isadvantaged settings cannot afford sanitary pads. Let me share my experience. It started in 2016 when I was volunteering at an HIV clinic in Kampala, Uganda. One day, we had a tour and I noticed a group of women making reusable sanitary pads. I asked one of the Founders why they were making them. Then she told me that some of the women couldn't afford sanitary pads. I was heartbroken! This event motivated me to start a social business. A business that will provide wellness products and give back to the those in need.Since 2016, we have given out over 10,000 reusable sanitary pads kits. Rather than wait for others to reach the unreached we decided to make a difference. We provide wellness products and in turn fund our passion to care for families living in impoverished communities in Africa. You can do the same too!
