Before joining 3Dhealth, Alena spent two years at the front desk of a clinic where she witnessed firsthand the systemic challenges patients face when trying to access care. That experience didn't just shape her perspective - it brought her here, to work where she can be part of the solution. We love that.

Here's a little more about her:
-She's a reader, a writer, and a yogi.
-She plays on a Chicago roller derby team.
-She loves a good arts and crafts night.
-She has a CD collection.
-Her favorite cuisine is Mediterranean.
-Her soundtrack is alternative and pop.
-When she's not working, you'll find her exploring nature, trying new spots, or spending time with friends and family.

In 2022, 77% of consumers would wait 9 minutes or fewer to book an appointment. By 2025, that dropped to just 54%.
