JUST GRATEFUL ✨

This is what some me time looks like for me. To be able to move my body even if it’s 20 min from my busy day as SAHM. Just because we take care of others and everything else doesn’t mean we are not on that list.. Trust me I know it can be a lot sometimes and even overstimulating you don’t know what to do.. this is your sign to put yourself first and move your body and get that working you’ve been holding off because within that moment your able to focus on the movements themselves and be present. Best way to reset and recharge those batteries!! Action creates more action especially if we want to build momentum towards a healthier lifestyle 💪🏼🔥

TMPL3 SUMMER SERIES - LAKEFRONT BOOTCAMP ✨

So happy we were able to do a bootcamp by the lakefront this year!! and I always talked about doing them and it’s finally coming together, truly am blessed and grateful to be surrounded by strong women who enjoy taking care of themselves through movement!! MOM MATH✨

Motherhood has been so beautiful yet humbling 😅❤️ Coming from working out 5-6 days a week for about 2 -3 hrs to now lucky if I get 3-4x of 40min-1hr of my me time a week. As movement being a big part of my life, we just have to adjust and adapt over here with nonnegotiable goals🫡 progress may stall a lil bit but we going for the long run so that’s why I aim for 3x week anything more is a win for me.
It’s literally my me time, as we can see there’s always something we need to do from the to do list just remember we can’t pour from empty cups. Maybe just maybe if we want more energy for our days we must put out that energy first. That’s how we can get that momentum we all crave and look for, no matter how long it takes we got work to do lol action creates more action (:

IT’S THERAPY✨

I remember I got into fitness 13 years ago because my anxiety was getting pretty bad experienced panic attacks that made me look for ways and answers to help cope. On top of that list was exercise. Most of the time when we are anxious is because we have built up energy that needs to be released and movement is the safest and healthiest way to release that tension.

The medicine remains the same with movement. It’s not just the best thing you can do for your body but also mental. I’ve always said fitness is more mental than physical. It tests you in so many levels it breaks and helps to heal parts of self. The aesthetics is just a plus but as long as you focus on how you know it’ll benefit and make you feel the results will always come after. This is your sign to not let negative emotions stop you from getting a good workout in. Your future self will thank you.

HOW MUCH IS TOO LITTLE✨

It’s true if you want to drop some weight and build lean body mass. You have to go on a deficit, you have to burn more than what you consume to start cutting. Right away we cut meals not thinking we are skipping meals and eating 1-2x a day, this is doing more harm than good. Here to tell you, you don’t have to starve yourself to see results. Ideally we want to eat portioned meals based on our body metrics and goals and fit in meal 5-6 x a day with a 2-3 hr gap in between.

Most of the time we aren’t eating enough or meeting those protein goals needed. Which can lead to relapse and even binging. We want to create sustainable habits that’ll build long term to help create that balanced lifestyle. Once we make a few adjustments to the frequency, quantity, and quality of meals that’s when change starts to happen.

TUESDAY TRANSFORMATION✨

Just want to thank for trusting me in her health and wellness journey 🥹 it’s truly a blessing to see the transition from point A to B and headed to Z. It only gets better as we practice these habits changes 🫡 recently started having our bootcamps and she doesn’t miss! She’s built great consistency along with discipline & we recently incorporated a nutrition program that fits her goals and needs. Most of the time we think to eat less we will lose more weight. To some degree yes but the frequency of meals AND timings of our meals are crucial. Portion control that fit her macros and went slowly with a deficit combined with her workout plan has brought her here. We make a great team girly proud of you for always showing up and making it happen. Excited to see this next phase for you!! 😍🔥💪🏼

SO MUCH TO BE GRATEFUL FOR 🥹✨

When I got into training 9 years ago I knew it wasn’t always the plan lol initially was aiming for physical therapy, but as I was getting closer to bachelors degree I felt no spark or excitement that I was looking for. Noticed the main thing I looked forward to in my days were the gym honestly it was my gateway to release my anxiety and depression. Seen how much it’s impact me I wanted to help others do the same. 9 years later here we are now raising a family while still being able to do what I love. Not only does it help to keep me sane mentally but I get to help others GAIN STRENGTH. When we are or feel at our lowest that’s when we need that extra strength to just push through. Through the good bad and ugly we are resilient and stronger together 💪🏼

ADJUST & ADAPT✨

Part of being mom has been unpredictable. You don’t know which milestone your baby will make or what he/she will get into these days. Point is constantly being on 10 and on my toes while trying to balance spending time with Lord, being a wife, small biz owner, get my workouts in, all the things. That’s where having non negotiables comes into play and having structure with my workouts comes a long way.

If you are in for the long run than this is for you🫶 if you want to keep up with the kiddos without getting exhausted than this is for you🫶 if you want to show your kiddos what it looks like to have a balanced healthy lifestyle, than this for you🫶 if your the mom who just want to feel like herself again than this is you🫶

When there’s a will there’s a way!!

Mother’s Day is coming up… More of a reason to invest in that special woman in your life or self jiji🥰
