My sweet lil doggie, Buddy, joins us for sessions when I have a dog-lover present. It’s like a bonus free canine therapy! He’s such a lover.

And he knows just what to do - greets my guests with lots of excited tail wags and doggie kisses, and then curls up calmly under the table to nap as soon as reiki begins.

Working on growing something new & beautiful at the Heartwood Center today. Planted more native plants than I could count. The stacks of empty pots was taller than me!

Heartwood is expanding and creating a third space to share with the community. I’m excited for the new relationships that will be forged here. We are stronger together, and community matters. Honored to be a cultivator of this growth.
